• All of our products are handmade in small batches using plant-based, natural ingredients. Each item is unique, and slight variations in color, texture, or consistency may occur. This is the beauty of handcrafted self-care.

• Our products are created with clean, natural ingredients, but please always review ingredient lists carefully if you have allergies or sensitivities. 🌱

• Perform a patch test before first use to ensure compatibility with your skin.

• Starseed Apothecary is not responsible for adverse reactions that may occur from misuse or allergies.
  

3. Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days.

• Orders are shipped out every Friday.

• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on USPS timelines.

• 📦 Local delivery ($5 flat fee) is available for select zip codes, Thursday–Saturday between 1 PM–6 PM.
  

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all edible items (such as Sea Moss Gel and teas) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

• Refunds for non-edible products are considered on a case-by-case basis after review. As a small business, refunds are rare since every product is created with love and intention.

• Please note: natural variations may occur during shipping. For example, a body butter may soften or melt in transit. This does not reduce its value or effectiveness — simply place it in the fridge to firm it back up, or re-whip if desired.

5. International Shipping

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 🌍
