How long does my order take to ship? ✨

All orders are lovingly processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days. We ship out every Friday, and depending on your location, USPS will provide your finalized delivery date at checkout. 🌿

Do you offer international shipping? 🌍

Not at the moment — I’m just beginning to expand Starseed Apothecary online. ✨ With your continued love and support, I look forward to offering international shipping in the near future.

Returns & Refunds 🌸 

Because of the nature of our products, all edible items (such as Sea Moss Gel and teas) are not eligible for returns — thank you for understanding that it simply isn’t sanitary.

For all other products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis after a thorough review. Since Starseed Apothecary is a small-batch, handmade business, every item is created with care, intention, and love. For this reason, refunds are rare — but if something truly prevents you from enjoying your product, please reach out.

💡 Please note: some natural variations may occur during shipping (for example, a body butter softening or melting in transit). This does not reduce its value or effectiveness. Simply pop it in the fridge to firm it back up, or re-whip if desired.
